We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless it is the store’s fault.
We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping.
Non-returnable items
Items marked as Clearance/Flash Sale and Final Sale are non-returnable.
Cancel order
Please contact us via email at [email protected], as long as your order has not been dispatched you will not be charged.
We may cancel your order within 24 hours of you placing your order before processing begins.
Refund
Once your return request and product inspection are confirmed, we will process your refund as follows:
Refund Time: The refund process will be processed within 30 business days from the date we confirm the product is eligible for return. The exact time it takes for a refund will depend on the original payment method you used for your purchase.
Refund Method: Refunds will be made to the original payment method you used. If the original payment method is no longer available (e.g., the card has expired or the account has been closed), we will contact you to discuss an appropriate alternative refund method.
Refund Notification: Once the refund is complete, we will send you an email confirming the details of the refund transaction. Please review the information in the email and contact us if you have any questions or problems with the refund.
Late or missing refunds (if any)
If you still haven’t received your refund, check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially credited.
Next, contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before the refund is posted.
